The Mini Plan
$1,750 + GST
Perfect for couples who have done the planning themselves and simply want a professional team to step in and coordinate the wedding day.You’ve booked the vendors, planned the details, and created your vision. Now it’s time to hand everything over so you can relax, be present, and enjoy the celebration you’ve worked so hard to create.
INCLUDES
• One final planning meeting approximately 2–3 weeks before your wedding (up to 1 hour)
• Review of your timeline, logistics, and wedding day details
• A customized Olive Events wedding day timeline
• A dedicated coordination team consisting of a Lead Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator
• Up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage
• Timeline management throughout the day
• Ceremony coordination and cueing
• Vendor arrival oversight
• Basic personal décor placement and styling
• Placement of welcome signs, guest books, card boxes, seating charts, favors, table numbers, menus, candles, and personal décor items
• Coordination of key moments throughout the day
• Collection of cards, gifts, and important personal belongings at the end of the evening
• Your coordination team becomes the primary point of contact for vendors and logistics on your wedding day

Planning & Investment
Every destination wedding is unique, which is why each proposal is customized specifically to your celebration.
During this exciting stage of growing our Destination Wedding Division, we're accepting weddings on an event by event basis.
For select weddings, we may offer our planning services on a trade basis in exchange for travel and accommodations. This allows us to continue building our international portfolio, strengthen our relationships within each destination, and expand our credentials while continuing to provide the thoughtful, personalized planning experience Olive Events is known for.
Each proposal is tailored to your destination, guest count, planning requirements, travel logistics, and the overall scope of your celebration.
As our destination division continues to grow, our services and investment structure will evolve alongside it.
