What It Means to Be a Butterfly?
At Olive Events, we call ourselves butterflies.
Not because we stay in the background, but because we’re always exactly where we’re needed.
We quietly move throughout the day, anticipating needs before they’re spoken. We notice when a grandparent needs a chair, when the couple hasn’t had a chance to eat, when a flower needs adjusting, or when a vendor could use an extra set of hands. We solve problems before they become stressful, allowing our couples to stay present and truly enjoy one of the most meaningful days of their lives.
A butterfly leads with calm confidence. They know when to step forward, when to step back, and how to bring people together with kindness and professionalism.
We’re looking for someone who believes that exceptional coordination isn’t just about timelines and logistics. It’s about caring for people.
Our ideal coordinator is warm, organized, adaptable, and ready to take charge when needed. They lead with empathy, communicate with confidence, support their team, and treat every wedding as though it were their own family’s celebration.

We’re a boutique planning and coordination company that believes people always come first. The timelines, the décor, and the logistics matter, but they’ll never matter more than making sure you’re able to slow down, breathe, and enjoy the day you’ve spent so long dreaming about.
